Celebrity workouts are always popular, especially whenever a movie comes out with a celebrity who’s had to make a great physical transformation; movies like Ali, starring a bulked up Will Smith, Toby McGuire in Spiderman, the Gerard Butler workout for the movie 300, the Megan Fox workout for the Transformers movies, Scarlet Johannsson for her role in Ironman 2, and plenty more.

I’ve been writing fitness articles for years and decided to start this site to have some fun and share celebrity workouts with you, as well as tips, tricks, ideas and things I might do to alter the workout routines to make them better for you.

After all, most of us can’t afford to have personal trainers come to our house and chefs to prepare all out meals, right?

But that doesn’t mean you can’t get in great shape following celebrity workouts, with the right adjustments.
